Where we are thus far. (Updated Jan. 15th)

-We have Primers for the 27th of January. That's a Saturday.

-The event runs from 3pm-12am.

-We're not allowed to sell food-stuff. We can sell drinks.

-There will be vendors there selling game-related things. (ie. D&D dice)

-We'll likely organize a tournament of some kind, with people entering before the day of WEMas. I'll let you know more on that before the week is out.

-I am currently STILL experimenting with ideas for decorations.

-People are more than welcome to wear costumes.

-Chances are, I have forgotten something and will have to repost this again soon. Check back often.



I am currently sick with the flu. So, if anyone can help with posters, that would be MUCHLY appreciated.

despite not being able to sell food stuffs, we can BRING food, right? Cuz 3-12 is an insane long time to go without food. Of course, we could all just go to the UC...

As far as I know, yes we can bring food. Actually if people want it, I (or someone) may be able to haul over a microwave too. There should also be access to a fridge but I'll check on all these things Monday.


Note:
For those who don't know the area well, down the road there is a subway, and a Tim Horton's. There may or not be a pizza place too (I seem to recall being told it closed though?), as well as a couple of convenience stores.
